Meridian Kung Fu Hadleigh offers kung fu and Wing Chun classes for children aged 3–17 and adults of all abilities. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to progress further, classes are structured to help you learn effective self-defence techniques and develop your skills through a graded belt system. The school also runs elite classes with specialist weapons training for advanced practitioners, plus a Leadership Programme for those keen to develop as instructors. Students can test their abilities through non-contact regional tournaments and work towards grading within the curriculum. With dedicated programmes for teenagers and younger children, Meridian Kung Fu Hadleigh provides martial arts training tailored to different ages and experience levels.
