Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to progress further, classes are structured to help you learn effective self-defence techniques and develop your skills through a graded belt system. The school also runs elite classes with specialist weapons training for advanced practitioners, plus a Leadership Programme for those keen to develop as instructors. Students can test their abilities through non-contact regional tournaments and work towards grading within the curriculum.
