About Menopause Coaching Support

The service specialises in menopause coaching for those feeling overwhelmed by midlife changes, as well as perinatal coaching and support for pregnancy, postnatal, and early parenting stages.
Beyond one-to-one sessions, the practice runs therapeutic group programmes run by professional counsellors. These include a 6-week Meno Nurture therapeutic group for women in midlife, a unique 10-week Mother Nurture postnatal group, and a free monthly NICU Nurture drop-in for parents with babies in neonatal care. Wellbeing Days are also available, designed with a parent's wellbeing at the heart.
Individual therapy offerings include general counselling sessions and psychodynamic therapy, providing a reflective space to explore challenges and build resilience. Pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture is also available as part of the holistic support offered.
