About Melanie Salisbury

Melanie Salisbury is a registered naturopathic nutritional therapist who takes a holistic, whole-body approach to health and wellness. She is accredited by BANT (British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary Natural Healthcare Council), and holds FHT accreditation through the Chrysalis Effect training programme.

Melanie offers nutritional therapy initial consultations, during which she builds a detailed picture of your current health status to understand your individual needs. She implements principles of functional medicine and primarily works with healing the gut to allow for the rebalance and support of all systems. Throughout her work, she provides nutritional and lifestyle education and coaching, offering support and encouragement as part of her holistic practice.

In addition to consultations, Melanie provides holistic massage therapy, including specialist head, neck, shoulder and upper back massage techniques that originated in ancient India's Ayurvedic medicine tradition. She also offers lifestyle medicine and lifestyle advice consultations, drawing on osteopathy and chiropractic principles to support your overall wellbeing.
