Medical Osteopathy offers drug-free, non-invasive manual medicine focused on total body health. Treatment typically combines soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, joint manipulation, and specialised stretching to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions and restore function.
The practice treats a wide range of conditions affecting the spine, joints, and limbs. This includes neck and back pain, sciatica, shoulder problems such as frozen shoulder and tendinitis, elbow conditions like tennis and golfer's elbow, wrist and hand issues including carpal tunnel, and pain affecting the hip and knee. Sports injuries and headaches are also treated, supported by sports massage and traditional acupuncture as complementary tools for pain relief.
Beyond musculoskeletal concerns, the practice addresses some internal organ dysfunctions, including irritable bowel syndrome, recognising the interconnected nature of body systems.
Medical Osteopathy is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (Ref: 7992) and holds fellowship status with the London College of Osteopathic Medicine, where the practitioner also serves as a member of faculty and clinical tutor. The practice is led by the President of the Association for Medical Osteopathy.
