The practice specialises in neurodiversity support, with training in and lived experience of ADHD and autism, providing affirming therapy tailored to neurodiverse clients. This includes ADHD-affirming therapy, autism-affirming therapy, and ADHD coaching.
Beyond neurodiversity, Meadowbrook Counselling supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and anger management. The practice also offers specialist bereavement and pregnancy loss counselling, drawing on particular experience supporting clients through grief, infant loss, and infertility.
