The practice provides assessment and therapy for adults over 18 years of age, drawing on a comprehensive range of evidence-based psychological approaches.
Services include clinical psychological assessment, general counselling, and specialist therapeutic interventions. The practice is trained in and delivers cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and internal family systems (IFS), alongside IFS coaching and family and systemic therapy.
Specialist areas include trauma presentations such as PTSD, anxiety including panic and phobias, depression, eating disorders, bereavement and grief, and relationship difficulties. The practitioner brings experience from working within a specialist NHS Psychological Trauma Service.
