We offer Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Neck, Jaw and Chest Massage, Pre-Event Massage, and Post-Event Massage. Sessions are available in 15, 30, or 60-minute options depending on the service you choose.
What are your massage prices?
Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy are £55 for 1 hour or £40 for 30 minutes. Pre-Event Massage is £25 for 15 minutes or £40 for 30 minutes, and Post-Event Massage is £40 for 30 minutes. Neck, Jaw and Chest Massage is £40 for 30 minutes.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, we offer Personal Training sessions at £45 per hour with Lorna. We also run group fitness classes including HIIT on Mondays at 7pm, Women Only Strength training on Wednesdays at 7pm, and Pilates and Strength every other Tuesday.
What gym membership options are available?
We offer flexible gym membership at £25 per month or £275 per year, giving you access to our facilities and classes.
