About Mark Fielding Psychotherapy
Mark Fielding Psychotherapy offers individual counselling, couples therapy, and group therapy for clients seeking support with a range of life challenges. With 20 years of experience as a practising psychotherapist, Mark works with individuals, couples, and groups to help them navigate their concerns.
Specialising in neurodivergent-affirming practice, Mark provides autism-affirming therapy and ADHD coaching (accredited through the Universal Coaching Alliance and The Association for Coaching). He has extensive experience supporting clients with autism, ADHD, and related neurodivergent presentations. Mark is also registered with the Neuro-affirmative Practitioners Directory.
Mark offers EMDR therapy for trauma processing, and brings particular interest and expertise to working with highly sensitive people. He also provides support around eating disorders and has experience supporting clients through bariatric surgery journeys.
Drawing on qualifications including a postgraduate diploma in psychodynamic psychotherapy, a diploma in Buddhist psychology, and training in clinical hypnosis and mindfulness, Mark brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to his work. He is also available for clinical supervision.
