Maria has particular expertise in supporting anxiety, depression, and self-esteem difficulties. She works with clients processing traumatic experiences from both past and present, and has a keen interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD. She also offers bereavement counselling and couples counselling for relationship and family issues.
Sessions are available both online (Tuesday to Friday via secure video platforms such as Zoom or FaceTime) and in person. This flexible delivery means you can access support in the way that works best for you.
