About Mandy Fowler Counselling and Psychotherapy
Mandy Fowler Counselling and Psychotherapy offers short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for adults, delivered both face to face and online. Services include general counselling, couples counselling (inclusive of heterosexual and same-sex couples), and bereavement counselling.
Mandy works with a range of difficulties and brings specialist training to her practice. She holds a Certificate in Trauma Focused Therapy and uses trauma-informed methodology in her work. She also has training in working with bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, neurodiversity and disability within an affirming model, addictions, self-harm, and eating disorders. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis, for which she holds an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
Mandy is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association. These memberships reflect her commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.
