Individual therapy provides a full hour to explore your concerns and work towards meaningful change. Couples therapy offers an extended 70-minute session, allowing both partners space to be heard and supported together. The practice is accredited by both MNCPS and MBACP, and the therapist holds BPS certification as a clinical supervisor, bringing professional expertise and ongoing commitment to best practice.

Beyond direct client work, Mandala also offers clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals seeking reflective practice and professional development.
