About Mamma Doula

Mamma Doula offers holistic support for expectant parents and new families through postnatal doula care, pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture, and antenatal education. Claire provides overnight doula support so parents can rest while their baby is cared for, alongside specialised support for families of premature babies or those who have spent time in NICU. She teaches Mindful Natal® antenatal and hypnobirthing courses designed for all births, all choices, and all paths to parenthood, available in both group and private formats. Mamma Doula also offers couples spa days and hosts free drop-in sessions where new parents can connect with others in their local area. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the early weeks, or seeking gentle therapeutic support during pregnancy and beyond, Mamma Doula provides compassionate, practical care tailored to your family's needs.
