Lyndsey Gilroy is a BACP Accredited Counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling since 2004, bringing over two decades of experience to her practice. She holds a Master's qualification in Play Therapy since 2013, offering a therapeutic approach that explores thoughts, feelings and experiences through play—delivered both online and face to face for children, young people and adults.

Beyond traditional talking therapy, Lyndsey offers a range of holistic and complementary treatments. She is trained in Usui Reiki Level 2 to support mindfulness practices and relaxation, and is qualified as a Crystal Therapist, using crystals to help wellbeing. Indian Head Massage (Champissage therapy) is available to relieve tension across the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. She is also trained in Colour Therapy.

Lyndsey provides General Counselling Sessions and Online Counselling for clients of all ages, and has extensive experience working with both children and adults in digital settings. She is an experienced clinical supervisor, supporting counsellors and other professionals through supervision since 2003.
