About Lutoncounselling
Lutoncounselling offers professional counselling and psychotherapy for adults working through a range of life challenges. Services include general counselling sessions, bereavement counselling (including pet bereavement), anxiety therapy, and depression therapy, delivered face-to-face, by Zoom, or by telephone.
The practice draws on Transactional Analysis as its main theoretical model, examining conscious and unconscious patterns in how you relate to yourself and others. Additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) allows for flexible, evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.
Lutoncounselling is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP, registration number 47562) and a Senior Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS Acc.).
