About Luke Webster Counselling
Luke Webster Counselling offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults aged 16 and over. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Luke provides a range of therapeutic approaches including integrative counselling, CBT, and general counselling sessions.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and available through multiple formats to suit your needs: in-person, online, telephone, or walk and talk therapy. This flexibility means you can access support in the way that works best for you, whether you prefer the structure of a traditional session or the movement and fresh air of outdoor therapy.
All new clients receive a free 15-minute consultation before their first session, giving you the opportunity to discuss your needs and ensure the right fit. Luke's integrative approach draws on different therapeutic methods to tailor support to each individual, helping you work through the challenges life presents.
