Lucy Clark Counselling offers person-centred therapy for adults, delivered by a qualified, trauma-informed counsellor. Working with clients across a wide range of mental and emotional challenges, Lucy specialises in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, and relationship issues. Her experience includes working with clients who have experienced trauma and PTSD, domestic abuse, and sexual violence, as well as supporting those navigating relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and life transitions.

Sessions are available face-to-face, online, or by telephone, making counselling accessible however suits you best. Lucy is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and her practice is an inclusive, affirming space where all individuals, including those from the LGBTQIA+ community, are met with respect and compassion.
