About Louise Reid

Louise Reid is a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in women's health, fertility, and family nutrition. She holds the Diploma in Clinical Nutritional Medicine (DipCNM) and is a member of both the British Association for Nutritional Therapy (mBANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Louise offers nutritional therapy initial consultations lasting up to 90 minutes, available via video call or in-person. She works with clients across several key areas. For women's health, she addresses conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, PMT, menopause, thyroid and adrenal concerns, and stress-related fatigue. She also specialises in pre-conception and fertility support, helping with diagnosed and undiagnosed fertility issues, recurrent miscarriage, hormone imbalance, and IVF and IUI support.

Louise provides nutrition guidance for pregnancy, post-natal care, and breastfeeding, as well as support for children's nutrition including baby weaning, healthy eating habits, and helping children develop a positive relationship with food. She also works with digestive health and gut healing concerns.

Beyond one-to-one consultations, Louise offers practical support through supervised educational shop visits to supermarkets, health stores, and farmers' markets, helping clients make informed food choices in real-world settings. She also provides kitchen and house detox consultations.
