Working with hypnotherapy as her foundation, she combines CBT, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness and coaching to create fully comprehensive, specially tailored treatment for each client.
Her services include hypnotherapy and reiki, alongside CBT and NLP sessions. Louise holds a Diploma in Paediatric Hypnotherapy and has extensive experience working with teenagers, making her practice accessible to younger clients as well as adults.
