About Louise Mallender Osteopath & Lifestyle Coach

Louise Mallender Osteopath & Lifestyle Coach combines osteopathic treatment with evidence-based lifestyle medicine to support your physical health and wellbeing. A registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council and member of the Institute of Osteopathy, Louise completed a diploma in lifestyle medicine in October 2020 and is a certified lifestyle medicine practitioner.

Osteopathic care addresses a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including general and chronic back pain, neck pain, sciatica, joint pain from osteoarthritis, headaches arising from the neck, and minor sports injuries. Louise also uses sports massage to support recovery and mobility.

Beyond hands-on treatment, Louise provides bespoke one-to-one lifestyle medicine and nutritional coaching sessions tailored to your individual needs. Her holistic approach covers nutrition, physical activity, weight loss behaviour change, smoking cessation, sleep and stress management. Health coaching sessions explore the lifestyle factors that influence your long-term wellbeing and help you build sustainable habits for lasting change.

Consultations are available in person or remotely by telephone or video, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.
