Her approach combines integrative psychotherapy with personalised one-to-one coaching, drawing on her accreditation as a Senior Accredited Coach Practitioner with the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).

Beyond individual work, Louise also offers clinical supervision to coaches, trainee and qualified counsellors, and psychotherapists, supporting professionals in their own practice development and reflection.
