About Louise Hawkins
Louise Hawkins is a holistic therapist and coach offering a range of talking therapies and complementary approaches to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth. She is currently training towards an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and holds BACP Student Member status.
Louise provides general counselling sessions drawing on pluralistic principles, alongside insight-focused coaching for confidence, clarity, and change. She works with several evidence-informed therapeutic modalities: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a complementary, body-based approach that some people find helpful when working with stress, while hypnotherapy involves a state of focused attention and relaxation that many people experience naturally. She also draws on parts-based approaches informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support awareness and self-understanding.
Complementary to her talking therapies, Louise offers craniosacral therapy and breathwork sessions. Clients have noted her calm and reassuring manner throughout these treatments. She also works with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), family and systemic therapy, and energy-based approaches as part of her holistic practice.
Louise's integrated approach combines psychological insight with body-based and somatic techniques, helping clients work through stress, build confidence, and navigate personal change. She is particularly suited to those seeking a thoughtful, multi-modal approach to therapy and coaching.
