Louise Greene Counsellor is a BACP accredited therapist offering both short and longer-term therapy to young people, adults and couples. With an integrative approach, Louise draws on person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and existential therapy to tailor support to your needs.
Person-centred therapy enables you to develop self-awareness and trust in yourself, while the range of therapeutic modalities available means Louise can adapt her approach to what works best for you. She works with couples where one or both feel unhappy in their relationship, and offers individual counselling for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger management, self-esteem concerns, stress and addiction.
