Louise Baya is a person-centred counsellor and clinical supervisor with a trauma-informed approach, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She offers general counselling sessions alongside specialised support for anxiety, depression, bereavement, and the effects of traumatic experiences.
In addition to traditional face-to-face counselling, Louise provides online and telephone sessions, making support accessible in the way that works best for you. She is also an experienced and fully qualified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, offering this evidence-based tapping method as part of her therapeutic toolkit.
