About Lorenza Manzoni Counselling
Lorenza Manzoni Counselling offers professional counselling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. As a BACP registered counsellor and approved counsellor with Anxiety UK, Lorenza specialises in helping clients work through anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks, trauma, self-harm, emotional abuse and addiction.
Lorenza is a qualified Gestalt counsellor for adults and has trained in psychoanalytic studies to work with adolescents. She also draws on solution-focused brief therapy approaches in her practice. Beyond talk therapy, she offers mood and mental health nutrition support, recognising the connection between physical wellbeing and emotional resilience.
With experience supporting both adults and young people (aged 12–18), Lorenza works with a range of difficulties including low mood, lack of motivation, and the psychological impact of injury. Her integrated approach combines established therapeutic modalities to help clients find practical solutions and lasting change.
