LLS Karate offers expert tuition in all aspects of the Japanese martial art of Shotokan Karate for all ages and abilities. Classes are organised by age and grade, welcoming children from age 5, teens, and adults, with instruction tailored to each group's needs and progression.

Beyond traditional karate training, LLS Karate teaches practical self-defence and anti-bullying strategies, equipping students with both physical skills and confidence. All instructors are fully accredited with NAKMAS (National Association of Karate and Martial Arts Schools), holding coaching qualifications, instructor licenses, insurances, First Aid certification, and Child Protection training.
