About Lizanne Robey
Lizanne Robey offers a comprehensive range of massage and movement therapies, combining soft tissue expertise with clinical pilates instruction. Her massage services include sports, remedial, Swedish and traditional Thai massage, along with acupressure and traditional acupuncture, all tailored to support recovery, pain relief and overall wellbeing. She is fully insured to practise these disciplines and holds professional memberships with ISRM (Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage) as a qualified Soft Tissue Practitioner and CNHC (Complementary Natural Healthcare Council).
