About Liz Strettle
Liz Strettle offers a range of complementary therapies and wellness services centred on holistic health and wellbeing. She is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST), having trained with the College of Craniosacral Therapy in Manchester and qualified in 2022. Craniosacral therapy works gently with the body's natural rhythms to support relaxation and recovery.
Liz has also trained as an auriculotherapist and ear seed practitioner, working with ear seeds to support wellness through this traditional acupuncture-based approach. She additionally offers vitamin injections to support nutritional health.
Beyond her core therapies, Liz curates essential oil blends available for purchase, which can be ordered directly or found at local markets. Her training as a Mental Health First Aider reflects her commitment to creating a supportive and understanding environment for her clients.
