About Liz Mason
Liz Mason is a UKCP registered and MBACP accredited psychotherapist and counsellor offering general counselling sessions to individuals seeking professional support. She brings a holistic approach to her practice, drawing on her accreditation as an Advanced Practitioner in Meridian Energy Therapies with the Association for Meridian Therapies (AMT).
Beyond one-to-one work, Liz offers individual and group supervision to staff, students and volunteers, supporting professionals in their own development and reflective practice. She also provides consultancy services and works with people interested in improving their sports performance, combining her background in sports psychology with her therapeutic expertise.
