Liz is accredited by NCPS, BACP, UKCP and EAIP, ensuring you receive therapy to professional standards. She offers both in-person and online sessions, with online therapy available across the UK, Europe and worldwide (excluding US and Canada). Her experience of online therapy is very positive, making it an accessible option whether you prefer face-to-face work or remote support.
