In-person sessions take place in a dedicated counselling room, while online therapy offers flexibility for those who feel anxious about face-to-face meetings. Telephone counselling is also available if you prefer to connect by phone, and walk and talk therapy provides an alternative approach—simply you and your therapist walking and talking rather than meeting in a traditional counselling room.

As a qualified Clinical Supervisor, Liz also provides supervision for other counselling and psychotherapy professionals, supporting their ongoing professional development and practice.
