Lister's Ladies Gym combines a full-service ladies-only fitness facility with an advanced in-house skin clinic, creating a comprehensive wellness destination. The gym spans 9,000 square feet and features dedicated areas for resistance training, weights, and spin, alongside over 30 weekly fitness classes including Barre Fusion, Boxercise, Circuit, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Combat, and Spin. Members can also unwind in the newly constructed traditional sauna.
