About Links Karate Dovercourt
Links Karate offers karate classes and self-defence training for all ages and abilities. Led by Chief Instructor Sensei Paul Harris, who holds positions as EKKA Association Head Coach and EKF Regional Head Coach, the club provides a welcoming environment for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Younger students can start with the Tiger class, designed for children aged three to four years old, progressing through kids' karate classes that combine martial arts techniques with fun games to build confidence and coordination. Adult karate caters to those seeking physical fitness, self-defence skills, or competitive athletic development.
Beyond recreational classes, Links Karate supports serious competitors through sport karate training, including Kata and Kumite sessions at B Squad, A Squad, and International Training levels. The club also organises grading preparation courses to help students progress through the belt system.
Whether you're looking to develop practical self-defence abilities, improve your fitness, or pursue karate as a competitive sport, Links Karate provides structured training across all levels and age groups.
