The team includes a trained feeding therapist with extensive clinical experience supporting children navigating complex feeding and eating challenges. Lifespan Nutrition also offers therapy for individuals with disordered patterns of dietary intake, drawing on family and systemic approaches where appropriate. Work is informed by the principles of lifestyle medicine, recognising the powerful role that nutrition, movement, sleep and behavioural patterns play in overall health.
Sessions are available on a one-to-one basis, in groups, or as a family, with online telehealth services also provided.
