About Leanonmecounselling
Leanonmecounselling offers a safe, supportive and confidential space for one-to-one and group counselling. Services include general counselling sessions, couples counselling, and psychoeducation workshops tailored to what you bring to each session, whether you're exploring relationships, processing difficult experiences, or seeking to understand yourself better.
Delivery is flexible: choose face-to-face, online, or telephone counselling. Research shows that online counselling is just as effective as face-to-face work, and a free 20-minute consultation by telephone or online is available to help you decide what's right for you.
Leanonmecounselling has specialised experience working with survivors of domestic abuse and has worked with Into The Light, a specialist service for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. This depth of experience means the counselling is genuinely responsive to complex trauma and life challenges.
The practice is accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO), ensuring professional standards and ethical practice.
Whether you're struggling to cope, feeling at a loss about next steps, or simply want professional support to explore what's happening in your life, Leanonmecounselling provides compassionate, confidential counselling for individuals and couples seeking to move forward.
