About Leadership Martial Arts
Leadership Martial Arts offers martial arts and movement classes for all ages, from pre-school through to adults. The programme includes Tae Kwon Do classes for juniors aged 6–12 and teens and adults aged 13 and over, providing structured training in this dynamic martial art. Tai Chi classes are available for adults seeking a more meditative approach to movement and wellness. For the youngest learners, pre-school classes cater to ages 3–5, introducing foundational movement skills in an age-appropriate setting.
