About Laura Ilian

Laura Ilian is an HCPC and MCSP registered physiotherapist offering comprehensive physical health and rehabilitation services. She is qualified and registered with the AACP to provide both traditional acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture, which treats problem areas of the face using acupuncture techniques.

Laura's physiotherapy practice addresses function and recovery following illness, injury or disability. She is experienced in treating sporting injuries across all levels of ability, and offers specialised neurological physiotherapy for clients with neurological medical conditions. She also welcomes clients of all ages, including children from age one, providing paediatric physiotherapy where needed. Clients can access either intermittent treatment or ongoing maintenance therapy depending on their needs.

In addition to physiotherapy and massage, Laura has taught Pilates for a number of years and takes a physiotherapy-minded approach to clinical Pilates instruction using the APPI method. She also offers sports massage to support recovery and musculoskeletal health.
