As a fully qualified and experienced psychodynamic counsellor, Lara brings a foundational psychodynamic approach to her work, complemented by post-graduate qualification and extensive experience in EMDR therapy. She is an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of EMDR UK.

The practice runs on trauma-informed principles. EMDR therapy is a highly effective, evidence-based approach designed to help people heal from the emotional distress caused by traumatic and overwhelming life experiences.
