Kinetix Rehab is a mobile sports injury and recovery specialist serving Berkshire and Oxfordshire. As a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator and Professional Standards Authority accredited practitioner, the team combines hands-on therapy with structured recovery planning to help you return to full function.
Services include sports massage and aromatherapy massage for muscle tightness and lingering injuries, alongside soft tissue therapy and trigger point work to reduce pain. Joint mobilisation and kinesiology taping are applied to support injured areas and reduce swelling, while kinesiology consultations provide personalised assessment and guidance.
Every session includes a personalised plan with targeted exercises to continue your recovery at home. The Full Body MOT is a structured movement and mobility assessment designed to highlight areas of concern, and balance and proprioception exercises help improve joint control and reduce re-injury risk. Pre-hab services build strength and prepare your body for activity or return to sport. For event organisers, Kinetix also provides event first aid cover.
