About Kina Malmberg-Lovatt
Kina Malmberg-Lovatt is an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor offering both short and long term work, where issues can be explored on a deeper level. She is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College (HIPC), the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), and the Somatic Experiencing® Association UK (SEA UK).
Kina provides general counselling sessions to clients from 18 years upwards, supporting people through a range of life challenges and transitions. She also specialises in couples counselling, helping partners work through relationship difficulties and reconnect with one another.
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Kina brings trauma-informed expertise to her work, helping clients process shock trauma and post-traumatic stress through body-based approaches. She offers both somatic experiencing and somatic bodywork, drawing on her training in NeuroAffective Touch to support nervous system regulation and healing.
Beyond therapeutic work, Kina also offers self-development and coaching, taking a future-oriented approach through co-creation to help clients realise their goals and potential.
