About Kids Feeding Team
Kids Feeding Team provides babies and children with immediate access to a specialist multidisciplinary feeding team. The service brings together speech and language therapy, which manages the muscles within the mouth and throat, alongside occupational therapy to support children in eating independently. Dietetics advice addresses nutrition, diet, allergies and malnutrition concerns, while physiotherapy helps restore movement and function. Treatments combine behavioural interventions, nutritional guidance and therapy tailored to each child's needs. The team also works with schools, offering assessment and support services.
