About Kevin Moloney Tai Chi

Kevin Moloney Tai Chi offers traditional Tai Chi and Qigong classes for students of all levels. As a registered advanced instructor with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and a member of the Independent Martial Arts Sports Association, Kevin brings established credentials to his teaching.

Classes cover the fundamentals of Tai Chi alongside breathing exercises including the Eight Treasures Chi Gong, and energy-building practices that combine dynamic movement with controlled breathing. For those interested in deeper practice, Kevin also teaches Tai Chi combat classes on a monthly basis, as well as optional weapons forms such as the Sword Form. Pushing Hands training—two-person exercises that develop body awareness and structure—is integrated into the curriculum.

Beyond regular classes, Kevin runs specialist workshops including 5 Elements sessions, offering students the chance to explore specific aspects of the practice in depth. New students are welcome to try a free taster class to experience the teaching style and community before committing.
