About Kerry Day
Kerry Day is an integrative and intuitive counsellor who combines psychodynamic and person-centred approaches to support clients through a range of therapeutic needs. With CPCAB accreditation, Kerry offers general counselling sessions, couples counselling, and specialised work including inner child healing and somatic experiencing—drawing on skills in connecting to the body and its wisdom.
Beyond talk therapy, Kerry's practice encompasses reiki, active release technique, and creative therapeutic modalities including therapeutic art, dance, and shadow work. Body mapping workshops are also available for those seeking embodied exploration and insight.
Sessions are delivered flexibly, with telephone and online options alongside in-person work, making support accessible regardless of location or circumstance. Kerry's approach is warm and intuitive, designed to meet clients where they are and help them move toward greater understanding, healing, and wellbeing.
