About Keith Ewing Counselling
Keith Ewing Counselling offers psychotherapy and counselling for a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. As a BACP and UKCP registered psychotherapist, Keith specialises in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach he uses with most of his clients to help them explore how past developmental traumas show up in their present-day lives.
Keith works with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, and bereavement. He has substantial experience in bereavement support, having worked as a counsellor with the national bereavement charity CRUSE and as part of the Haringey Bereavement Service. He is trained to Advanced Level in Core Transformation and Wholeness approaches, bringing depth and flexibility to his therapeutic practice.
Services include general counselling sessions, family and systemic therapy, couples counselling, anxiety therapy, depression therapy, and childhood trauma therapy. Keith also offers IFS coaching for those seeking to work with this particular modality.
Whether you're navigating loss, working through anxiety or depression, healing from childhood experiences, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, Keith Ewing Counselling provides a grounded, professionally qualified space for meaningful change.
