About Kay Spears
Kay Spears offers a range of holistic and energy therapies designed to help you find calm, peace and control in your life. Services include Reiki and Distance Reiki, which begins with guided meditation and gentle grounding, alongside Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing. Kay also provides Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and tapping sessions to support emotional wellbeing.
In-person sessions are held in privacy, with Distance Reiki available for those unable to attend in person. Sessions typically last 90 minutes for Reiki, Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing work, or 60 minutes for EFT sessions.
Kay is registered with the UK Reiki Federation, the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and the EFT & Mindfulness Centre, ensuring professional standards and accountability.
