About Kay Hoggett
Kay Hoggett is a coach, counsellor, consultant and supervisor working with individuals and organisations. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Counselling sessions typically run weekly for one hour and can help with stress, burnout, anxiety and depression. Coaching usually involves monthly sessions of 90–120 minutes, focusing on challenges and opportunities at work, including leadership development for directors and executives.
Beyond one-to-one work, Kay offers professional consultancy on the interface between leadership, psychological wellbeing and commercial value. She also provides supervision—a reflective and supportive space for coaches, counsellors and dual practitioners seeking honest and useful conversations.
Kay brings a thoughtful, integrated approach to mental health support and professional development, helping clients navigate both personal wellbeing and workplace challenges.
