Katie Gerrard is an experienced Integrative Hypnotherapist and Counsellor, registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She holds the Diploma in Hypnotherapy and is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
Katie offers hypnotherapy and general counselling sessions to help clients work through a range of concerns. She specialises in anxiety, trauma, and attachment issues, drawing on her integrative approach to support meaningful change. Her practice also extends to past life regression and past life regression healing work, alongside transpersonal psychology and exploration of ancestor patterns.
With additional training in areas including dissociation, eating disorders, narcissistic relationships, ADHD, and autism, Katie brings a nuanced understanding of how neurodiversity and complex emotional patterns can affect therapeutic work.
