About Katie Gerrard

Katie Gerrard is an Integrative Therapist offering counselling and hypnotherapy to support you through a range of life challenges. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

Through therapeutic counselling, Katie works with anxiety, relationships and attachment, trauma, depression, career concerns, and body image issues. She creates a safe therapy space where you can move at your own pace and be yourself. Her integrative approach draws on different therapeutic models to meet your individual needs.

Katie also offers hypnotherapy, bringing over three years of post-training experience to her work. She works confidently with anxiety, phobias, trauma, habits, limiting beliefs, relationships and attachment, depression, and eating disorders. Her hypnotherapy practice is grounded in helping you address the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back.

A distinctive part of Katie's work involves exploring ancestral patterns. By working with and understanding the past, you can free the energy and emotions of the present and move past feelings of being stuck or blocked. This approach recognises that sometimes the patterns we experience in life have deeper roots worth exploring.
