Katie Bifulco Counselling offers talking therapy delivered face-to-face and online, providing a confidential space to explore life's challenges. As a BACP Accredited counsellor working within the BACP Ethical Framework, Katie brings specialist expertise to a wide range of concerns.
Katie has particular experience supporting women navigating fertility issues and IVF, as well as those experiencing menopause and the transitions it brings. She also works with anxiety, depression, bereavement, and relationship difficulties, including couples counselling. Her practice encompasses postnatal depression support and self-esteem work, helping clients rebuild confidence and address negative thought patterns.
With a special interest in neurodivergence, Katie offers ADHD-affirming therapy and counselling for adults on the autistic spectrum. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping into her practice, tailoring treatment to individual needs.
Katie is also developing expertise in working with young people and has experience supporting clients through complex grief, including loss following miscarriage, stillbirth, and termination.
