About Kathy Jaloussis Counselling

For young people, Kathy offers dedicated coaching support to help navigate the emotional challenges they often face. Mindfulness is regularly integrated into her work, particularly when supporting clients with anxiety and depression.
In addition to direct client work, Kathy provides clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors, offering professional support and development for those working in the field.
