About Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson is a neurodevelopmental and education specialist who supports children and young people with a range of learning needs, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Working as a life coach, Kate helps children develop the essential academic and organisational skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.
Kate's coaching focuses on building confidence and independence through personalised support. She works with children and teens on developing skills for learning, organisation, and emotional regulation—particularly for those struggling with focus, time management, and organisation. She also supports children navigating school transitions and academic expectations, helping them build the resilience needed for each new stage.
Recognising that children's success depends on whole-family support, Kate works with parents too, helping them understand how to support their neurodiverse child both at home and in school settings. She also offers diagnostic and early intervention assessments to identify learning profiles and inform targeted, individualised support.
Kate is a professional member of Patoss and a member of the National Association for Special Educational Needs (NASEN), reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practice in this field.
Whether your child is facing specific learning difficulties, struggling with executive functioning, or simply needs support to build confidence at school, Kate offers coaching tailored to their individual needs and learning style.
